Another Kickstarter received. It can be played solo or with 3 - 8 people and a GM. It’s a cooperative game and is designed to be a long haul game. Gameplay is listed as 6 - 8 hours. The gist of the game is it’s modern day in your city and you and your friends were out and about doing the things and whilst driving down a lonely road, you end up in a car accident. Maybe you hit a deer, maybe you hit another car, whatever. Needless to say, your car flips and catches on fire. as you’re struggling, you see movement outside the car and you and your companions are saved by Lyda, a Strigoi. As to character creation, there isn’t any, you play yourself. As far as gameplay, it’s set up to run for 3 years in game time. There are several groups of cards, one being a group of 36, each representing a month for all 3 years. You read the card and that’s the scenario for the month, or the main event if you will. There are also decks for some history of Lyda, and Item/Effect cards. The inevitable endgame is one or more of the characters will likely end up as a vampire. It does look to be an interesting game, even with the long run time. The plus side is you don’t have to run it in one session. It can be broken up over multiple sessions.
