From the back cover: The STRIKE Crisis Manuals are a new series in the Tiny Legacies continuum of sourcebooks for the Tiny Supers RPG. Each volume introduces new superhumans, or sometimes just extraordinary humans, that could present any number of different complications. As of 9/11/2026, on DTRPG: pdf $4.99/softcover $9.99/combo $11.99. There’s an amusing story about this volume in the next review, which will be for Volume 2.
Chapter 1 is the basic introduction to the manuals and includes the STRIKE Power Index (Alpha, Beta, Delta, Gamma, Omega, each with a description of how powerful someone of that tier is) and File Hierarchy which includes Allied Superhero Organizations (ASO) and High-Threat Organizations (HTO).
The rest of the chapters are new Supers to add to your campaign. Some are heroes, others are local, regional, or international threats, with one, Tyrant, being an existential threat. Supers include: Psibernetix, Crimewave, Bloodfist, and Darkblade IV. All in all, it’s a great addition to a game that is already pretty epic with the other source material that’s already been put out.
