keith0363 While I don't ever use pre-made adventures, so I can't recommend one, what I can recommend is that whatever adventure you run tweak it a little to include something that interests your wife in real life.
If she likes animals let her have an animal companion or better yet save an animal that then becomes her companion, if she likes architecture focus on describing some unique architectural features on some of the buildings or have the main battle take place in a cathedral that you have a map or pictures for, if she likes cooking contest shows have the npc who needs help with the rats in his basement be a new restaurant owner with a couple of colorful kitchen staff and maybe have him talk about his rivalry with another local restaurant, etc.
One of the great things about one player one dm games is you can really tailor it to that player. In a group game you need to be a little more generic and balance everyone's interests, but here you have an opportunity to make it special to her.
If you're not sure how to include any of your wife's interests let me know and I'll be happy to see if I can come up with any ideas for you to consider.
