So here is a rough idea for a creature/piece of biotech. I run 2e, but I tried to write this with 5e in mind...
Healing Ooze (Tiny Ooze)- Their natural means of reproduction are unknown, but a few alchemist and biomancers have had luck causing them to replicate using various expensive methods. While the creature itself is largely unintelligent, it does show an obvious response to sounds- drawing near and rippling along with pleasant sounds and moving away from unpleasant sounds and has Disadvantage versus Sonic Attacks. Using the creature requires Attunement, which is done by singing or humming regularly to the creature during the attunement process.
Once attuned the creature will be drawn to untreated injuries its user receives (aka healing magic or other healing has not been applied). Once on the wound it sterilizes it and secretes various chemicals to aid with cuts, bruises, burns, and more- healing 1 HP per injury (Being stabbed by a flaming sword is one injury despite doing both piercing and fire damage). The Healing Ooze can heal up to 8 HP per Long Rest.
